Obviously it never happened, because everyone know that if it did...

I'll bet most of those are gang violence scenarios with multiple perpetrators. Not exactly what people think of when they think "mass shooting".
I'm also fairly certain that the source (Gun Violence Archive) for that "research" has once already in the past been outed for using people getting "shot" with paintball/airsoft incidents in the data as well to inflate the results. Could be someone else though, as it's so damned hard to keep track of these things as the anti's tend to bounce the same sources off each other over and over, making it hard to keep track at times.

I don't think it's that one. I pulled their 2017 data, sorted by injured, then started looking at the ones with zero fatalities.
None have been anything but regular guns.
There's quite a few "mass shootings" that appear to be straight up rage murders where people got knocked down and injured trying to flee though. Those are considered mass shootings - if it involved a gun and 4 or more were injured. Even if "injured" means "I fell and scraped my knee running down the stairs".

I stand corrected then.

Mass knee scrapings really are the worst.

First, because we have an enumerated right, and we think it's important.
Second, because there's no evidence it will actually work.

Because it pisses me off a little bit.
Because assault rifles do exist. It's a rifle that fires an intermediate round that can switch between different fire modes.(Image)
In this image, I know they are talking about a civilian gun which is most likely semi-auto only.
However, it still pisses me off because it's like they don't know that actual assault rifles exist.
And despite the fact that you see MLP gifs on this, I am 100% serious. It really does piss me off for reasons I don't even know.
(And don't get me wrong. I hate it when anti-gun people say that an AR-15 or a civilian AK-47 is an assault rifle even though it only shoots in semi-auto only.)
Am I the only one who gets annoyed/angry at this?

We all know assault rifles exist.
"Assault weapons", on the other hand, is an imaginary category made by congress which banned weapons based on cosmetic features.

If it frightens Dianne Feinstein, it is now an assault weapon. If it frightens Kevin DeLeon, it's a ghost gun.
