If it looks like a gun shoots like a gun uses real billets I will ban them no matter the size.

Yes, but how do you prevent people from getting something they can make in their own office using off the shelf materials with five minutes of effort?

That's not at all what the hell he's talking about. Look up the Luty or Sten, Kesh, and then realise that's a hundred years out of date.

micro CNC milling machines can make guns really easily - nearly automatically.

Again, how do you prevent people from getting something they can make themselves with 5 minutes of effort and a few hours of patience?

Besides the fact that you can make guns on them? You realise it's going to be next to impossible to ban guns, correct? Hell, people have been making SMGs out of plumbers pipe and sheet metal for decades.

Because of the nature of it, shadetree firearm manufacturing will be really easy in 5 or 6 years. You'll be able to download the designs, load the proper materials, and tell the machine to go to work.

5 minutes effort, several hours patience, and you have a working gun - that's as good or nearly as good as what is being manufactured today.

They will be subject to between 6-12 random checks a year to see if they are using them for what they said they would and if they are making guns they can get jailed for up to 10 years.

I have some experience in CAD design along with I have my own CAD software. I've already downloaded quite a few of the floating around the internet cnc designs.

You're going to have to hire a lot of people. I suspect within the decade, a micro CNC milling machine will be approximately as common as an inkjet printer.

Also, moar 4th amendment violations. Surely this is a government we can all believe in.

The companies that make them will be federalized that's how. They will keep their positions but if they fail to track every person who buys one they can be removed with the stroke of a pen.

I guess structures out in the middle of nowhere hidden among the terrain aren't a thing? You can't stop the signal keshi, you cannot stop freedom, freedom is like fire it spreads, a force that cannot be contained. Freedom is forever.
