I'd tell him/her he or she is a bad Satanist. Everyone has to break the chains the Old Bastard has imposed upon humanity on his own. Then I'd probably either enjoy the theological discussion or shut a door in the face of the missionary, depending on my mood atm.

On a side note, OP is probably doing this because of attention, although I don't think it pays off for now...

If Satanism is all about breaking the rules though, isn't it a good thing to break even the rules of Satanism?

Yeah that's the kind of theological discussion I had envisioned. Makes much better conversation topic than the original question.

As I see it the main belief of a Satanist is freedom to choose and know the truth. The fact is, the satanist missionary is an interesting concept- on one hand it seems that he should help others see the truth (just like the Serpent did in the Garden of Eden). On the other hand, missionaries are something I relate to collectivism which is a very un-satanic thing to do on a very base level.

I always forget, which is the one that's actually a bunch of cheeky atheists poking fun at religious exemptions, and which ones are the mall goths? Is it The Satanic Temple, or the Church of Satan? I can never recall.

If they were from the former, I'd bring them inside, crack open a cold one, and toosh the tish for a while, maybe get them lunch. If they were the latter, I'd roll my eyes and let them know that their lord is false, and that only great C'Thulhu can spare them if they offer their sanity now.

I believe the Church of Satan is the atheist one.

As for Cthulhu, those of us who worship him can only hope to be The First To Die.

They wouldn't be allowed in my nation since Satanism is one of the only illegal religions. If one ended up on my door, I'd get out a shotgun and tell them to leave before they could spew any of their nonsense.

I would not be open to discussing religion with Satanic missionaries mostly because it would be a waste of everybody's time. I'm pretty happy as a Catholic and have no interest in converting to any other religion. If I had the time I might chat with them; I've met Satanists before and they were mostly pretty cool people who threw the best parties.

Though I'm probably much closer to Satanism than any more common missionary religion, I would have the same reaction to satanic missionaries as I would to others if I saw them coming down the street: don't answer the door, don't make any noise and stay away from the windows so maybe they'll think you're not home.

Its a bad idea because every Abrahamic religion majority nation would be alarmed as hell by this and would run such people out of town, they'd be shot at or pelted with stones among other things. Don't underestimate the power of moral panic and conservatism. People aren't so open minded and will viciously lash out against any "evil" on display. Legislation banning this might even happen.
