What about the Democratic Unionist Party I believe I've heard of a similar party in Germany? I also have to ask what's with the Nationalist parties actually winning seats?

Nationalist Parties only win certain seats due to contempt against the major parties, and they'd rather see someone they know who will fight for them (I/E SNP will try the best for Scotland) as opposed to a Tory who will fight for what the leader wants.

Okay that makes sense now where would the Liberal Democrat be in relation to United States politics? They actually seem sort of Quasi-Libertarian if Wikipedia is to be believed.

It annoys me that the conservatives are saying 'lul, labour r lusers! We must b victors!', at least in a slightly more eloquent way.

I also heard that the Cons plan to cut the number of MPs by 10% and rig the election boundaries (well, they did that last time but it still didn't beat the Labour landslide), anyone heard anything else on that?

Sounds like them, but I haven't heard anything. Could be their perverted version of electoral reform designed to switch the bias from Labour to Tory

They want more Taxes, More Welfare, and Less(ish) Social Freedom. They are also strong on Election Reform, this election they are really lagging bad.
