To be part of our nation will mean the right to part of that nation. In a Landocracy all the people share rights and responsibilities to the land of their nation, not just a few.

A New Oath – The oath to god and the queen will be replaced. All public servants will take an oath to “Serve the people honestly and conserve the land of our nation”

None Of The Above – We will add None of the above to the ballot in all UK elections. If your views are not represented your vote will still count.

The sitting Prime Minister remains Prime Minister until he/she resigns.

In the scenario you outline above, Gordon Brown, as per established convention, would be given the first opportunity to form the next government as he's currently Prime Minister.
