I get the feeling a LOT of people are trying to access that site right now.

Reading West and Bristol South are the results that I'm waiting upon.

Which is fair play, especially for nearly-MP Cypher.

Yes, it's very dead at the moment. From what I've heard, it's a fairly decent platform and everything.

Wales and Scotland still hate the Tories.

Any Conservative majority will be built almost exclusively on England, which is deliciously ironic for the self-proclaimed Conservative and Unionist Party.

And that, in turn, will lead to still increased support for the SNP and Plaid Cymru in the election afterwards, especially if the Cons form the government.

It's not working for me either, I guess it's more popular with the web than the actual voters.

EDIT: Success, well, a bit anyway. It half loaded and then died.

Labour have won back their two big Scottish by-election losses in Glasgow and Dunfermline.

Labour really are doing better than expected in Scotland.

It would have been amusing to see the English Democrats try to get Monmouthshire to join England.

Although we could have stolen their castles.

What happens if Labour and Tories actually tie the house in a hung parliament? I mean a dead heat? What the fuck do we do then?

50% corporate tax, a flat tax on land to encourage its sale and (here's where I think they could do well) a none of the above option for ballots :p

So far Labour seems to be doing better than anyone predicted.

Which i'll bet is worrying for Cameron.

Riot in the street. We have the tyre irons, they've got the horses and hounds from fox hunting.

(Which, admittedly, I'm actually pro...)

I got their manifesto:

Abolish Income tax – National revenue from Income tax will gradually be replaced with a flat land tax. This will create a market in land, as the few landowners of Britain rush to dispose of their tax liability. Local revenues will be raised by means tested income tax, including tax breaks for food and energy production.

Nationalise Water Supply – Water is a fundamental need for life, a nations government should have few duties beyond its safe supply. What is taxation for but to provide essentials for the people who pay them.

Energy For Every Home – there are 24 million residences in the UK. Fitting each one with modest wind and solar power systems will cost less than Trident. This will give every home its own light and power. If you need more you pay for it, grid electricity will be taxed.

Equal Partners With Business – Corporation tax will be set at 50%. Those who wish to profit from the people of this land are welcome…as partners. Individuals and small businesses will be exempt.

Land For Peasants – Social land , like social housing, will be made available to those who wish to support themselves by their own means. To be part of our nation will mean the right to part of that nation. In a Landocracy all the people share rights and responsibilities to the land of their nation, not just a few.

A New Oath – The oath to god and the queen will be replaced. All public servants will take an oath to “Serve the people honestly and conserve the land of our nation”

None Of The Above – We will add None of the above to the ballot in all UK elections. If your views are not represented your vote will still count.

Vote Landless Peasant

It's not perfectly in line with my ancom views, but it's pretty damn good for a political party. I'd vote for it.

The process is quite explicit.

The sitting Prime Minister remains Prime Minister until he/she resigns.

In the scenario you outline above, Gordon Brown, as per established convention, would be given the first opportunity to form the next government as he's currently Prime Minister.

I'm pretty much the same, while I seriously don't want Cameron and his cronies in power, and while I like the idea of the LibDems but I'm not convinced, that doesn't mean I'm excited by Labour remaining in power,
