Basically, yep.

Bristol South, home of Dawn Primorolo, dislikes her massively, at least the local Labour party. However, they can't unseat her, due to the fact that she's a cabinet minister.

How did the Western Isles declare that quickly? I know it's the seat with the smallest number of voters, but still - all those islands must be a logistical nightmare.
