It could be because I don't cook animal products but I normally have no problem with hot liquids splattering. It happened once though when I overheated olive oil.

Oh right I remember now. People got upset at you just for not wearing a shirt right? Anyway allot of people who would want to go around naked have been conditioned to believe that it is wrong to do so and as a result won't admit to liking it until after you are already in a relationship with them.

Hmmm... I sleep in the nude because I think it's much more comfortable that way. Except if I'm sick, then I wear a full set of long pajamas.

Otherwise, I pretty much spend my everyday indoor life in various states of undress, usually wearing little more than underwear and socks. T-shirt, sometimes. I rarely go full monty, since I've noticed my sweat has some slightly caustic properties and the last thing I want is sweat imprints of my derriere on furniture

All in all, I've come to the understanding that people here in my country have a much, MUCH more relaxed attitude towards nudity than in the USA. I mean, I've seen my parents butt-naked (going in or out of showers, or when having a sauna together), my dad's "lazy Sunday" attire consists of boxers and socks, and it was nothing unusual if someone going to the shower had to make a quick 'pit stop' at the loo in their birthday suit. I curse my poor eyesight when one particular LARP I attended at a friend's urging ended with a unisex sauna with some quite lovely teenage and early-early-twenties girls completely and totally naked (don't look at me like that, I was seventeen at the time)

It's a random sample at a random point in time... unless you mean people are more likely to specifically pick a time when they are naked in order to take this poll. Sure, some people are naked right now who normally aren't, but others aren't that often are. I stand by my conclusion.

Very rarely, and then only for a short while (generally in between showering and getting dressed). Yay, body issues. And leaving windows open due to high cold tolerance.

I make sure to wear clothes while using the computer -- feels wrong otherwise, and my laptop has a built in webcam, and while I always keep it turned off (and sometimes taped over) they can be remotely activated by hackers or something. Not that anyone would, but, still.

Also, I often find myself living with other people, so yeah. Not really an option.

Haha, this issue came up last night with my boyfriend. He thinks it's weird that I think it's totally cool to be naked when at home, especially on the computer. Therefore, I am wearing a slip!

You are not weird. He is for complaining about something like that.

But the fact that you said especially on the computer makes me think he is afraid something more then mere nudity is involved. He probably overly sexualizes nudity.

I think he a) doesn't like it if I'm naked when he's not there and b) was brought up in a household where nakedness never considered normal. I mean, I didn't see my parents naked frequently, but if I did, it wasn't really weird or anything... just kind of...normal?

The only thing I can think of that splatters that isn't meat, is tofu (if you fry it in olive oil), so it seems being vegetarian would help women & me who cook to be naked more!

Yes. I guess how easy it is depends on whether you have remote access/sharing enabled and how good your security is -- firewalls etc -- although if you're on a university network, like me, it's probably somewhat less likely. Of course, I also have nothing to fear from hackers since no one cares enough to get pictures of naked guys (even if they're as pretty as me).

Taping over the iSight isn't the best option since I do use skype video chats to keep in touch with people at home. If it were an option I'd disable it, get a USB webcam instead, and only plug it into the computer when I needed to get in touch with someone. Since I'm paranoid. <____<

I do. I even go to the bathroom naked on occasion, I live with 3 other people in my apartment, non of whom I know very well. I have a full length mirror, and I have to say, pretty sexy!

Depends entirely on the temperature. my body sucks at regulating its own temperature, so if it's even slightly colder than average I have a jumper and gloves on - on the other hand, if it's warm, I end up feeling far too warm - Nudity is casual where I live though - I've seen everybody I live with naked and they've seen me naked, none of us care.
