Saddam had been trying to invade and commit genocide on Iran even before the Revolution. Gaddafi fucked up the Jews of Libya so much they literally escaped so they wouldn't die.

Assad also shows most of those signs, just making the Jews 'the Other' and being ultra-racist to kurds and Yezidis. I don't even tihnk I need to talk about Kim.
