They are similar but they are still different. Which one do you subscribe to? You can't just say "yes."
Additionally, Lutheranism and Catholicism both believe in good works. That is not a problem.
Yes but, my understanding is, that Catholicism believes they are a necessity to get into heaven whereas Lutherans merely hold them to be a positive indicator of one's virtue, but all that's really necessary is faith. These are different positions.

He is a human being, therefore he can make mistakes. I believe that the bread and wine are the body and blood of Christ. That is true. I personally believe that good works are a sign of faith, if you lack good works, you lack faith.
