That is a bold claim.
Nah, we need an American pope.

POPE AYMOND OR GET OUT.
Honestly the only reason I'd object to a Filipino Pope would be because the CBCP handles sex abuse cases so so so poorly. No trials, no defrocking (except for the occasional priest or two, especially one that gets too much media attention), just a lot of cover-ups and a lot of priests reassigned to a different diocese.

I've been super busy since the past, like, while. I got a second job to help pay off college, while I am in college, so time has been a little hard to come by to get on NS.

That's highly unfortunate...
I just want to be able to claim a Pope from my state.

Burke would be cool, but he's getting up there as far as I know...
*Looks on Google.*
Oh wow, he's 69? He's younger than my current Bishop. XD
What about Cardinal Sarah?

De Telegraaf: In Brussels there were violent protests against the current government and against the Christian Conservative policy between 19:00 and 21:30. Minister of the Belgian States Kees van der Staaij says he wants to have a talk with the rebels, since this has to be arranged through the House of Representatives and / or the King (with other officials: The Ministers have little to say) van der Staaij is going to have between 23:00 and 4:00 a debate in the Lower House with Minister-President Dave Hagen and the other Political Parties

I am a former protestant myself. I highly encourage you to look for churches that do not follow sola fide or sola scriptura.
