And I'm saying as a cultural nationalist that no, that doesn't need to happen 100% of the time. The government exists to protect its people, that includes providing adequate healthcare and other services.
If a country won't uphold its people's ideals it will fall.
This is why having a liberal government will never work in a conservative country for example.
