Why bother keeping the Constitution? You've already overthrown the legal government of the US in this hypothetical; it's clear you don't actually follow the Constitution.

Because the Government no longer follows it ether.

That's where the judiciary comes into play. The Supreme Court decides whether or not the government has acted unconstitutionally in certain cases brought before it.

Maybe... If we do overthrow the Government we still have a guide of setting up a new one, called the U.S Constitution.

Please don't go on this stupid rant again.

It's hilarious, in a sad kind of way, that you think it acceptable to destroy the Constitution in your attempt to protect parts of it from your political opponents.

Ah, Ben Tre.

Furthermore, there a thousand and 1, different reasons to be blocked from service and the a good portion of them are psychological. I myself had to get a waver signed off on by an independent psychiatrist simply because I had been perscribed an anti-depressant at one point in my life, even though I had been med free for over a year before I even applied. If she for any reason thought I would become danger to myself or others, I would have been boned.

Pretty much. Hell the only way I can get back in is if the mainland is invaded.

Yes. There's going to be a good deal of advertising. For you young folks, the older lady in some of those commercials is the late President Reagan's wife, Nancy.

Cool.

Or Democrats. Will never forget their attack on the Primaries. Basically made the whole thing a joke when they said that they can pick any nominee they wish regardless of the vote.

Sorry, did they change any votes? Did they take people's ballots, strike out Sanders and write Clinton instead? No? Then according to you they didn't do anything wrong.

Hey remember I was born not long after the Reagan presidency. I know who the old lady is, but thanks for calling me young

I seem to recall the Sanders campaign ranting about superdelegates until they fell so far behind that they were begging the superdelegates to vote for Bernie. Anyway, superdelegates are only 15% of the total in the Democratic primaries.

It's become an old argument, anyways. Yeah, I don't like Clinton, but she won the primaries (unfortunately), and despite some electoral issues and whatnot and problems within the DNC, she did win. Wish it had been Sanders, but whatever.

The key for all opposed to Trump and the GOP, now, should simply be to work to unseat Republicans in 2018 and 2020 and work vigorously to make sure this happens.

Sure, as soon as Hillary and Debbie Wasserman Schultz apologize for being mean to Bernie. A personal apology to each and every Bernie supporter would be preferred. There should be time if they get started now.

These ads will be interspersed with commercials for Otezla, Lyrica, Eliquis, Viagra, Humira, Xeljanz, Celebrex, Abilify, Chantix, Cialis etc. etc. etc.
Ask your doctor or just say no.
