As a reminder, the uranium deal was proven to be a bigger nothingburger than Mueller's special investigation of Trump.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be proof of a pan-Islamic plot and Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand, crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of mentally ill lone wolves who do not represent their professed belief system at all.
The probability of someone secretly participating in homosexual acts is directly proportional to the frequency and loudness of their publicly professed disapproval and/or disgust for homosexuality.
If Donald Trump accuses an individual of malfeasance without evidence, it is almost a certainty either he or someone associated with him has in fact committed that very same malfeasance to a greater degree.

It's mentioned in both of the articles I've seen, but it tends to get buried a fair way down.

You do realize what I am referring to has nothing to do with that and is something new?

I'm not saying they mean anything, just that there is new information.

Pentagon recommends requiring women to register for the draft

Good. I am not really a fan of the concept of the draft, but if we're going to have it, it should be equal to both genders.

Republicans were investigating Trump until it became obvious enough he'd win the primaries. The Democrats started picking up the bill for a while. Ultimately Steele was investigating on his own time. That was how I understood events when the dossier first dropped.

Hmm, will Trump listen to the Pentagon, since he loves generals, or refuse to draft women* to appeal to conservatives.

We're letting them rot with their dependency on foreign aid. Either we get something (not military-related) in return, teach them to fend for themselves, or cut the cord entirely.

Oh, I am saying this as someone who would attempt to be a draft dodger if I was called into a stupid Trump war. If the war had some merit I would more reluctantly go, but still. And I also think the draft shouldn't be a thing. You should be able to sign up to it if you want to (Which females can do now), or it should just no exist at all.

My friend actually made a fair point too that forcing people into a war they don't want to be a part of actually probably makes the military more unstable, as people might desert more if they don't want to be there, fights might break out, ect.

Luckily for me anyway, I am apparently past the common drafting age.

Military doesn't want a drafted army either. They learned that one in the last police action.

If they called a draft, and I got pulled, I'll have no problem killing myself before I get deployed. The US, and the government aren't worth fighting for over such a stupid conflict. (Such as NKorea)

That's a little drastic with Canada so close.

You'd likely get caught, sadly. Committing suicide before the deployment is far better than getting shit on after deployment by a government that treats veterans like toys.

It'd be more dramatic to commit suicide with heavy weapons.

Supposedly I am. See, I did ROTC and had my eyes lined up on a scholarship, I talked to a recruiter at 17 that'd come to the school who took me and a few others to the base to join the Army and get a slight edge in paygrade coming out of basic. However, I was on anxiety medication at the time, and was informed that they /technically/ weren't allowed to enlist me, however, they'd sweep it under the rug if I never told anyone I was taking anxiety medication. Which frankly pissed me off. So I never pursued it after that, and coming from a brat who's grandfather, uncles, dad, and brother were all military and had her eyes set on joining since she was a kid, I've felt a bit lost since.
