I myself had to get a waver signed off on by an independent psychiatrist simply because I had been perscribed an anti-depressant at one point in my life, even though I had been med free for over a year before I even applied. I seem to recall the Sanders campaign ranting about superdelegates until they fell so far behind that they were begging the superdelegates to vote for Bernie. Anyway, superdelegates are only 15% of the total in the Democratic primaries.
