This is classic statistical analysis. So they are claiming statistics have no meaning, unless they back up the leftist agenda.

39 of 32,800 ... you can eyeball this, you don't need a calculator, you can see it's not much over one in a thousand ... is 0.12%
Total votes cast for President, 136.7 million.
0.12% of 136.7 million ... is 163 thousand votes ... just six percent of the margin Clinton did actually win the popular vote by ... NOT all of it then double the other way.

If you ask me, calling the 5.7 million claim "pants on fire" is too polite.

I expect my life shall continue on as normal, because I'm Canadian. Nor will I do anything, because meddling in another country's domestic politics is bad.

But I suspect that the American people will find workarounds if ISPs start throttling speeds to the websites they visit. There are few things more infuriating than a slow internet connection, and furious people can get really creative really fast.
