It's what a lot of elderlies do after they retire, just the average European/American pension give you a better standard of living than people working full time job there and it's relatively safer than the rest of Africa.
West Africa is also an option but the infrastructure and quality of life is shit there apart from the Expats living zones and it's essentially just the same price as in Europe there.
