All at the same/similar time(s)

The government of Cuba has issued a Hurricane Warning for the Cuban provinces of Camaguey, Ciego de Avila, Sancti Spiritus, and Villa Clara. This includes the Cuban Keys along the north shore of these provinces.

That is the main change with the new advisory.

Yes, that came in with Hurricane Jose Advisory 9. It remains in effect as of the 10th edition.
