A lot of people are saying that.

Just saw this on MSN
Me: I don't agree with this at all in desperate times like this with a cat 5 hurricane coming in I'd much rather be focused on saving lives then worrying about serving warrants or denying people entry to a shelter. Now what I think should happen allow entry into the shelter but keep the sexual offenders in a separate area of the he same shelter from women and children.
Anyways is this even legal for them to do this?

Jose is passing uncomfortably close to Barbuda. While last I saw it wasnt projected to touch down on the Island, there will atill be heavy winds and rains. And it could hypothetically unexpectedly dip to the South a small nit amd actually hit Barbuda.

Keep the cats company at the Hemingway House? Swim to Dry Tortugas? Reenact this scene from True Lies? There's plenty to do in the Keys when no one else is around.

The only official forecasts for Atlantic hurricanes are from the National Hurricane Center. No one can give a plausible forecast for more than five days, because by that time the probabilities will be too wild to determine the likely path.

No, evacuation is mandatory for Key residents too.

Don't forget about headbanging in the middle of a hurricane like this guy did with Matthew.

That's kind of old news by now.

Considering that the Keys have a maximum elevation of 25 feet above sea level (with .ost areas being far lower) amf the storm surge being 15- 25 feet high, I cannot say they are craxy. They are being blindingly stupid. The kegs will basically be under water.

I would call them insane and then they will call emergency services and expect first responders to come get them at the height of the storm

"If you stay here, the hospital will be closed," [Key West] Mayor Craig Cates said. "We'll have minimal amount of emergency service."
