It's groups like ANTIFA (or at least the violent members) that are the reason why I don't likealigning as "Left" "right" or whatever.
They are a violent bunch, yes, but they don't represent the entirety of the left wing, just like white supremacists don't represent the entirety of the Right wing. I think people need to understand that, one person in a group of people (or in this case, a group of people in an even larger group) does not represent every single person in the group, before we can truly put aside our differences and work together for a better world.
Too many times have I seen people called "Nazis" for expressing right wing views,
Too many times have I, and others, been called "Communist" for expressing left wing views.

But I digress.
I've seen a lot of people only condemning the White supremacist groups, but groups on both sides, left and right, such as ANTIFA , deserve just as much condemnation. Hell, anyone who took part in violence other than in self defense deserve to be condemned and if possible, punished. I do realize, however, that it would be near impossible to arrest/fine EVERY SINGLE person who broke the law in such "protests"

I said I'd be willing to be that there's some liberals in there. I don't know for sure, but since we're talking about a broad and disorganized group of people, or rather a broad and disorganized form of activism that doesn't really have any unifying platform beyond "fascists are the worst", I think it's a reasonable possibility. And there's a difference between making an overgeneralization and inferring that, in a broad and disorganized group of people with few established unifying tenets, there might be a wide diversity of ideologies represented within it.
