Have you ever eaten an Empire? I bet you haven't. They're quite tasty with a bit of salt and pepper. Not a fan of Tar Heels, though. Kind of like pickled pigs feet, but more chewy and less tasty. Show Me's are also quite delicious. However, eating first is best because everything is still fresh and warm.
