It’s called “Rag and Bone: A Journey Among the World’s Holy Dead”, by Peter Manseau. The chapter on the Haraztbal Shrine has first person account interviews with the former keepers of the Holy Whiskers and gives a nice background on the Kashmiri issue as well as the whole deal with BJP.
