I know it's easier said than done, but I wish you both all the best. I am sure that you will get through it, but along the way, take as much time as you need for a break.

Is it bad that I feel this way not because I suffered, but because others suffered and died, because others suffer and die right now? You probably are exhausted because you work, you use your arms of something, or is that too condescending? My workplace is my mind, and when it gets filled with other people's agonies as it does from time to time...

Hot in the tunnels, but finished a phase in a job that was 2 months overdue.

Got conflicting orders from higher up so I couldn't do any of my work that was needed down. On the bright side it meant that I just spent the day on the beach in my work truck watching cuties and playing games on my phone.

God I wish. Nah, I was stuck down at Daytona all day. Supposedly was going to be helping out at Tiger Bay Forest but they said they didn't need me until Monday and didn't have any work for me to do. After about an two hours of looking for work by calling my HQ and talking to the guys at Tiger Bay I gave up and went to Daytona Beach. If Florida wants to waste taxpayer money by sending me up and down the state let them.

My day was mainly terrible because my coworker, let's call him Tony, saying shitty things like he always does. He started early this morning by saying that Islamophobia is good because we don't want America to become like "one of those Islamic countries." Then, five minutes later, he talked about how our judicial system is too relaxed and we need to cut off the hands of thieves like they do "in those Islamic countries."

Then he told a story about the time his son, Tony Jr., tricked an Islamic friend into eating pepperoni by telling him that it was turkey and then telling him it was actually pork after the guy had eaten it. Tony thought it was funny as he told us the guy never spoke to his son again.

Then Tony agreed with another coworker when the other coworker said "I'd drink her bath water three times a day" in reference to a young female coworker he found attractive. Tony and the other coworker are both 50-year-old married men.

Tony and the other coworker then made fun of an Islamic coworker for ten minutes because he doesn't eat pork. Tony said "You're not American. We as Americans love pork."

Then, a little later, Tony said all sexual assault accusations are fake and intended to ruin the lives of men who are innocent.

That was all before 8am, so yeah today wasn't a good one.

Am a Burmese, not in a Burmese prison before, but I can confirm. You don't wanna be in there.
