I mean, yes, there are. But ever since the FBI categorized the whole Juggalo fanbase as a "loosely organized gang" back in 2011 a lot of them who are good people have been facing a lot of hardships since the categorization. It wasn't right to label them so broadly, and it was pretty damn lazy of the FBI to do that.

Yeah, that's the point. They decided to take something random and innocuous and pretend that it's a symbol of white supremacy to troll the media. But pretending that the OK sign is your gang sign is actually the same in practise as it being your gang sign.

'It's estimated that around 10-15% of the Juggalos are criminals engaged in serious criminal activities, while the rest of them are peaceful non-violent music fans.

ICP has pretty much come out and condemned that stuff as far as I know and they have argued that while yes, some shitheads will take up the mantle of "Juggalo" to commit criminal activities and start gangs themed around them, that they do not represent the Juggalos either in part or as a whole.
