From what I'm seeing: It means that either the explosion was powerful that it severely damaged NK's own underground infrastructure, or that they have indeed achieved a Teller-Ulam device (a Hydrogen Bomb), in which case the 4.1 would be the second explosion.

Doubtful. 6.3 seems to be too small for a true hydrogen test, the secondary is likely the result of collapsing ground following the detonation which was likely tested underground.

Kim Jong-Un may have found a new sport in trolling and baiting Trump.

Trump Administration Announces New $20 Bill Design Honoring Harriet Tubman’s Owners

WASHINGTON—Saying they wished to pay tribute to the legacies of these distinguished, law-abiding Americans, the Trump administration announced Friday that a long anticipated redesign of the $20 bill would honor Harriet Tubman’s owners. “These were patriotic business proprietors who followed the laws of their time to further their economic interests, and this new currency design finally recognizes these enterprising individuals for their success,” said Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin at an afternoon press conference, explaining that the bills commemorating those responsible for enslaving the famed abolitionist, Civil War nurse, and women’s rights activist for the first three decades of her life would be in circulation by 2018. “For too long, we’ve overlooked the achievements of these upstanding citizens and prosperous agriculturalists. The new $20 note, which will feature a portrait of the Brodess family on the front and a depiction of the Maryland plantation they operated on the back, will at last give them their proper place in American history.” Mnuchin then sought to assuage any concerns about the decision, assuring those in attendance that the Trump White House was already looking into ways to preserve Andrew Jackson’s likeness by having it replace Abraham Lincoln on the $5 bill.

This will actively worsen US manufacturing, which relies rather heavily on purchasing early-stage components like capacitors from abroad.

Guess who's one of the largest capacitor manufacturers in the world?

There's always a risk of an EMP or a nation wide breach in security. We need to be extremely cautious and not be extremely reliant on technology. Because it will fail. National security is paramount.

We wouldn't need a full ban just a ban on future automation projects, especially those that go outside of the manufacturing sector.

What a ludicrous idea. Are you going to make all new factories use fucking hand-looms?

Once-again, there's exactly one way that we know to make an EMP capable of knocking out anything, and in that case, the EMP is a very long way from the top of your list of problems.

Trains are like 99% automated already. I'd expect them to be one of the first industries to go fully automated.
