I'm Filipino and I was up at 4 am. I worked the graveyard shift (which just ended today, actually - now I'm at the afternoon shift). Not that surprising to believe Southeast Asians have a cyber night life.

Meh, it's not hard to not break the rules. I have one gameside warning from a few years ago (I was certainly being rude, though I didn't think enough to get dinged for it - the mods disagreed).

Well, it's a little complicated. In short, consumption is limited to therapeutic gum and prescribed ones. But you can still have it here. Just make sure that the police don't know
