I have yet to read this massive document, but the writer, a Dutch scientist with a military background, has a blog where he publishes his papers and also gives people the opportunity to download 2020 WARNING. The work is written in English, so feel free to check it out.

Sometimes things just aren't that easy. This is a hard message to convey to the masses, because masses do not like things to be difficult and complex.
