Such fun we have here.

Now it's true that the Morrigan is a decent enough BattleMech for it's weight class, but it will not be able to withstand slower but heavier designs such as the Crusader or the Templar.

That clause about ownership of the soul in the terms and conditions is tricksy but, as proven in several legal challenges, completely watertight.

My god; were there casualties and/or injuries? Are you safe?

No casualties, no injuries, turns out the entire school district was on lockdown, and we took like 10 minutes evacing the whole building since the teachers wanted us to go through one set of doors instead of saying "Go through all the doors and reconvene at the football field(even though that's tactically unsound to group 3500 people in one spot especially if a student had the bomb in their bag)" and we were outside for like 20 minutes until admin said that they were "confident that there's no bomb." and there's no way that five police cars with 2 cops each could sweep the entire building going through lockers and trash cans especially since they didn't have any K-9 Units with them...

But I'm fine...just frustrated that admin can't think strategically when it comes to bomb threats. Almost like hiding under a desk in case of nuclear attack...

The idea is so they know where everyone is, in the event of a disaster. So if a bomb does go off in thr school they don't have to go back in to find you. We do something similar as to a meeting point.

I have told my boss that in event of a building evacuation, I will be in the bar around the corner.

I mean, you could tell people to go rendezvous at the fire station which is just a little bit further than the football field, since the football field happens to be near the athletic dept.'s side of the building. Like, near enough that if the bomb was placed in the athletic dept. shrapnel and debris could be blown towards the football stadium injuring, or even killing, some of the people. And if the bomb was big enough, the shockwave from the blast will certainly kill/injure more.

The last building I worked in was 6 story brick on steel frame. We were suppose to meet across the street in the event of fire. Of course when a steel she'll expands from heat it would have pushed the bricks out to crush us in our "safe " area. That was the first time I told my supervisor I would be in a bar around the corner.
