As you say those videos will simply use another descriptor thereby sidestepping the block altogether, the point of the move is to be seen to take action after the silly article which caused 'adpocalypse' - and it is quite frankly all the effort the silly moral panic which caused the incident deserves. People are going to find these content on the internet, and ultimately they (and the parents in case of minors) are responsible for dealing with it.

This isn't as bad as it sounds. It's an extra barrier for those willing to access such content. If they use codewords instead of obvious descriptions, it will be harder for teens to find these videos.
