I know what the dark web is, but I could not tell you how to find it, and I am pretty sure it's not an unlikely guess to estimate about 50 to 75% of the web users would be in the same basket. So if you are trying to recruit and seduce sweet young girls and innocent young men to your cause, doing it where no one can see you is totally pointless. It's like setting up a soap-box in your front room.
