I don't get it, why do you defend this injustice?

No one, including the law, has the right to expect someone to risk their lives for anyone else. That's the way it is.

It's an argument that turned me over, despite my horrible distaste for it.

Plus, more abortions occur when it's illegal than legal due to black markets being extremely efficient.

Efficient isn't the word I'd use. Careless is more accurate.

Greater Cesnica wrote:http://www.husseinandwebber.com/crimes/ ... egligence/

A very progressive and in-depth reading of this counts as what the teens did, including:

As defined under Florida case law and the Florida Standard Jury Instructions, “Culpable Negligence” is a course of conduct showing reckless disregard for human life, or for the safety of persons exposed to its dangerous effects, or such an entire want of care as to raise a presumption of conscious indifference to consequences, or which shows wantonness, recklessness, or a grossly careless disregard for the safety and welfare of others."

Also,

1) the accused exposed a person to personal injury or inflicted personal injury on that person, and (2) the accused did so with “culpable negligence.”

This could work, as the teens mentally and emotionally tormented, and harmed this disabled individual in his final, desperate and painful moments of life, by mocking and degrading him as he struggled, and finally drowned in the water.

If I was defense in that case I would tear out the prosecutors guts and show them to him. That is absolutely and without question not how that works and if you tricked a judge into going along with it the decision would be reversed with nothing less than frightening speed.

That's not what you said. You said "for anyone else."

That said, even a lot of pro-lifers seem to believe in the "life of the mother" exception. The "health of the mother" exception is more contentious because of fear it could be misused, and that's pushing it as it is, but it hardly makes it a philosophy pro-lifers are unfamiliar with.

I would say that forcing people to risk their lives shouldn't be out of the question, though. If something like WW2 happened again, it'd be a choice between having to be conscripted by our own government and having to be enslaved by the invaders. Pretty clear cut.

How do we know this? Because the first step toward Communism is Socialism, and none of the aforementioned are even remotely Socialist in any way, shape, or form.

Common sense says there are far more people in need than you have the power to help. Therefore given this is a free society you should be free to help or not help as you prefer.

There are far too many people in need immediately next to you? That's a statistical anomaly.

I don't ask anyone to risk their lives, but to help if possible.

Because apparently compassion and empathy are for cucks.
Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.
The probability of one's participation in homosexual acts is directly proportional to one's public disdain and disgust for homosexuals.
If a political figure makes an accusation of wrongdoing without evidence, odds are probable that the accuser or an associate thereof has in fact committed the very same act, possibly to a worse degree.

Why limit yourself to the people "immediately next to you" instead of the people "within your sphere of influence" ?

I fking wish everything worst to these miserable degenerates.

People like those need to be seriously beaten up
with some big baseball bats to get all their bones broken in the
most brutal way possible so they'll have to walk like retarded
turtles for their entire lifetime.

Only then less and less people would even dare to do such silly things like this.
But what can really you do about it in such societies anyway?
At least you have the freedom to behave like an asshole to others (a basic human right to be proud of)..

I'm not surprised, I've seen some assholery in my life but just...

You're kidding me.
"Imperial Socialist Republic of", "Socialist Empire of", "Socialist Imperium of", "Socialist Kingdom of", "Imperial Socialist State of", and etcetera just make absolutely no sense. Socialism's goal is Communism and Communism can't properly exist if an Imperialist power exists, especially if said nation is the Imperialist power.
Help us bring down the Supreme Authority and their allies today!

Yeah no, we moved on from demanding things and service as tax quite a while ago - let's not move back to that.
