i dont understand it either. there is no benefit to letting people suffer unnecessarily.
Sure there is... an extra $5-6 in your pocket is worth the suffering of thousands.

They wont be certain until challenges are made against them.

It's the fact that we are being forced to buy it, we don't know you, and medicaid could help you if you are as poor as you say.
