Its about demographics if masses of other cultures come. Its quantity against quality.

talking Demographics, are we? Statistically, the only way the majority culture in a nation can "die" is if its people want it to die. Cultures changing happens (and has happened) all the time, while what you're referring to (which is irrelevant to the culture, actually, and more relevant to race) only "dies out" if the host population intentionally and of its sound mind stops breeding.

Only the Spanish and the Americans really did a on purpose genocide. Most deaths came via desease. On a scale of genocide relatively quick and sudden term compared to others in history. The other deaths came via desease, and that killed most of them off.

America isn't the only one to be blamed. All of them are. if anything, America can be blamed less than some of the other countries, but to claim America isn't to be blamed, or to claim that "but they slaughtered the natives" is an 'excuse' is incorrect and unjust.
