Yeah you do.

Somehow Antifa's making them look quaint.

Ponder that.

Ponder that real hard.

Because we are respectable sorts of people.
Respectable is a term reserved to urbane gentlemen, not peasant gentry.

I was actually referring to the Black Panthers. Until 1969 the group was largely non-violent. Then there was a lot of gun battles, and bad shit.

COINTELPRO happened, it all became confused.

The KKK is a less apt example largely because telling who was, and who was not, KKK is difficult. They were less a "separatist organization" and more a Frat-Club gone wrong.

Alright. Now I'll pick early 90's terror attacks for 200.

Folks are kidding themselves if they think violence wasn't in the cards for the panthers
it was a matter of organized vs disorganized violence, the panthers corresponded to the cold stage of classical counterinsurgency, in which armed conflict is potential but not yet occurring.

There was hope, in the beginning. Do the policing, where the police weren't interested. Feed the youth, prevent the decay.

Then, as always, came the conflict between the governing and the governed.

Pew pew pew.
