The particular coloration you're talking about is a trait that tends to happen in those with white skin pigmentation. Sort of like if there was a slur invented based around say, afros.

And I still don't get it. Apparently this is one of those things which happens to be so intrinsically British, that it is utterly impossible for anyone not utterly saturated to the point of toxicity with unadulterated, immaculate Britishness to understand what the hell is going on here.
