She's British, isn't she? Seems less like diluting the bloodline than most of the historical marriages.

I thought she was American.

They both have enormous fanbases, albeit for very different reasons.

Where was this debate held and what was the makeup of its audience?
Without that information, the "support rate" can't really be discussed, but anyway, "debates" are pointless. The Ken Ham/Bill Nye debate was pointless.
Debates assume that all participants are rational individuals looking to open their mind to - if not change - understanding of the alternative side.

You and I both know this is not the case.

I found a Youtube video of the debate (here) and it seems that the polls was literally just a live, anonymous internet poll open to anyone with a link.
So it doesn't tell us anything, since Peterson clearly has a fanbase who are willing to mobilise for him, given how they've come completely out of the woodwork since the Cathy Newman interview.

The debate starts around 10 minutes in, the vote link is put up maybe 8 minutes in.

True, but the polling aligns with polling showing 66% of british people have had enough of feminism.

There is an out of control trolley speeding towards Jeremy Bentham, who is tied to the track. You can pull the lever to cause the trolley to switch tracks, but on the other track is Immanuel Kant. Bentham is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Critique of Pure Reason. Kant is clutching the only copy in the universe of The Principles of Moral Legislation. Both men are shouting at you that they have recently started to reconsider their ethical stances.

I've paid literally zero attention. I didn't know she was mixed race, nor american. Hell, I'm assuming she's a woman. Is she a woman?

The wedding is over, we can finally ditch the collective madness that we have embarked upon as a country.

The wedding means that Brexit is ditched, right?

Which could be entirely coincidental. I edited the post to expand on the issue of doorpolling on the debate, which is apparently what the numbers are actually taken from.

Her last main role was in Suits, an american corporate law drama. She quit that soon after the engagement was announced. I imagine she'll be like Kate, doing random philanthropic work that royals do.

Sure, I feel bad about letting her down- but it had to be done. It is against my personal code to race mix in that way. It still feels like quite a missed opportunity, but I'm certain that I absolutely did make the right decision for the long term for my and her well being. I don't make any decisions on impulse or give into any primal temptations. My inclination to exercise caution and restraint is too strong.

It makes sense she'd retire. She's going to need to save all her acting skills for maintaining a smile when Prince Philip is around.

She is a tank i believe.

Yank, not tank. That would be something else entirely if that was what he was marrying.

Well Harry was dressed as an officer in the Blues and Royals, so maybe he did think she was a tank?

I hope that means no more royal wedding jokes on HIGNFY, it wasn't funny in the first episode this series, and it certainly wasn't funny last night.

Actually, because the wedding was after the last episode, it's guaranteed to appear next week.

No, she's American. I think she might have Canadian citizenship as well.

Although strictly speaking, the Royal Family aren't British per se, since citizenship is given in the name of Her Majesty, rather than the Country like elsewhere, and thus neither she nor her kin need to be a citizen .. of themselves.

I suppose it's a gray area. I wonder if the Home Office remotely got involved in her arrival .. or her stay. But one rule for them different rules for the rest of us I assume. Wallis Simpson certainly did not have British citizenship.

Why do you want to argue over this? I was just making a crack about him wearing the uniform of an armoured regiment and so might have picked that uniform because he thought she was a tank and not a yank.

Why do you have to do this Vassenor? Why do you have to hover around sucking all the joy from threads?

Well he actually was in that regiment so I don't think it's wrong that he wear the uniform.

So apparently progressives have gone around inventing new slurs against demographics they don't like again and this time the leader of the english nationalist party is sueing one of them for hate speech.

The "Gammon" thing explicitly relies on race and sex as part of the criteria, but the progressive mentality often outright denies the possibility of racism and sexism against whites/males so they didn't have self-awareness about this.

I don't expect it to work, but it probably should if we were being consistent on it.

I saw this last night on HIGNFY and heard about it there, it's about middle-aged men who get angry, and red in the face about Brexit.

White was explicitly part of the criteria. It's also sexist even under your definition.
