You can defame his character all you want, I don't particularly care, but the implication that resisting slavery and the corrupt and ineffective Abbasid regime was somehow a bad thing is pretty shameful tbh.
I am not implying that at all. If it seemed like that, my apologies. Slavery and the Abbasids were both horrible. I am simply saying that jizya was not to blame for the Zanj Rebellion and it is disingenuous to say so.
