Probably "Possibly" is a better response.

The embattled former chief of staff had faced pressure since being named as a possible leaker by Mr Trump's newly appointed director of communication.

Mr Kelly is a retired general who has become the face of border security.

In a series of tweets just before 17:00 local time (22:00 GMT), Mr Trump praised the former Marine Corp general as a "great American", and a "great leader".

"John has done a spectacular job at Homeland Security. He has been a true star of my administration," said the president.

In a third tweet, he praised the outgoing chief of staff, who had previously worked as the chairman of the Republican National Committee (RNC).

"I would like to thank Reince Priebus for his service and dedication to his country. We accomplished a lot together and I am proud of him," he said.

In his previous role as RNC chairman, Mr Priebus acted as a bridge between the Republican nominee and a party establishment that was often uncomfortable with its own presidential standard-bearer.

He won't last. When Trump says you're doing a 'great job' it means he doesn't like you and is thinking of a way to fire you. Based on his prior appointment decisions that is.

Libertarianism doesn't mean anti-healthcare.

Libertarians can be for affordable healthcare, and many can come up with reasons to support a form of universal healthcare. Not all libertarians are of the Randian variety.

That Obamacare sucks is not an unfair criticism to make. In fact, even Democrats know their bill is shit.

White House chief of staff Priebus was summoned to Trump, tasked with killing a fly.

Trump had long questioned the depth of Priebus' loyalty, often remarking about how last October Priebus encouraged Trump to drop out of the presidential race after The Washington Post published a video of Trump bragging about sexual harassment in a 2005 “Access Hollywood” interview. The senior official described Priebus' counsel that day as “a stain he was never going to remove. The scarlet 'A.H.'”

Trump's demeaning of Priebus came through in other ways, too. At one point, during a meeting in the Oval Office, a fly began buzzing overhead, distracting the president. As the fly continued to circle, Trump summoned his chief of staff and tasked him with killing the insect, according to someone familiar with the incident.

I regularly saw the biggest complaints about Obamacare is that it didn't go far enough. I never liked it fully, pretty much for that exact reason.

Not a hard concept to grasp.

And they want to repeal it and replace it with a shittier version. No wonder everyone hates the idea.

Well, yes, like I said yesterday night, I hate Obamacare and I think there are better ways to deal with healthcare in this country that are sustainable and popular.

The Republican bill addressed none of the concerns in Obamacare. They instead just stuck to their promise to repeal it because they had no ideas as the party of perpetual opposition.

So Priebus resigned because he was both failing at managing staff and also getting kinda bullied by everyone (not to mention Scaramucci).
I'd probably leave too. The replacement seems adequate enough. A former Marines general should get everyone back into the proper hierarchy.

Also, that anonymous informal assistant in the White House that said the White House was failing?
Scaramucci is probably gonna start a Witch Hunt because of that.

You hoped, you meant.

I live to nurture the hopes. Give them life, breath, spread their wings, and then when they're about to take flight, stab those hopes through the heart without mercy.

You know, like McCain did with the health care bill.

Anyone else see how Sarah Huckabee Sanders read that letter to Trump from a 9 year old?
During a White House press briefing?

I'm confident that utter brilliant vote 'no' had something to do with his Brain Cancer diagnosis. Not as in him being disabled or anything, but how it affected the way he saw Obamacare, fighting his own health battle.

Perhaps, but I was referring to how he cast the deciding vote to bring the bill up for debate, then cast the deciding vote to kill it.
