Honestly, that's probably the best outcome from this (although not sure how given that the rolls presumably don't track how you vote, just that you can). At the very least this is going to lead to identity theft. At worst there's going to be attempts at voter intimidation if not actual violence.

Fucked if I know. A tariff on raw sugar was cut but some other restriction on refined sugar was put in. Not even the sugar lobbyists can explain how it's good or bad, resorting instead to vague accusations that it's "bad for consumers" or will "help producers".
