Wouldn't being against the concept of a living document put you against Roe v. Wade by default? Even if only in its procedure?

To a point, yes. I'm personally undecided on the case myself but at this point I struggle to see how anyone could create a good enough case to convince the court to abandon stare decisis and actually change their rulings on the topic.

These are actually worse in some ways than I thought they could be from the early reports. I really hope Trump has gotten at least a bit better at diplomacy since these early forays, because this is just abysmal

Crimes committed by Muslims will be a pan-Islamic plot and proof of Islam's inherent evil. On the other hand crimes committed by non-Muslims will merely be the acts of loners who do not represent their belief system at all.

Such a move would signal that the investigation is growing and entering a new phase. The special counsel is looking into Russia's efforts to influence the election and any ties between President Trump's campaign and Moscow.

Looks like Bob found something. Shouldn't be long before Trump gets desperate and fires him.

This seems remarkably poorly timed. Chain yourself to the President with his numbers thoroughly going into the toilet and impeachment in the conversation. Though maybe the WV numbers are way different

I love how freaking Rex Tillerson's department isn't even subtle. "We're not taking money to counter Russian propaganda because it would anger Moscow"

Like holy crap.

Also, I feel like Rex Tillerson is going to leave soon. He wanted sanctions lifted. Sanctions are even stronger. Pretty sure all he cared about was trying to help Exxon Mobil with that deal. And now he just seems to be sitting on his ass.

He's basically killing the State Department right now. Nothing can get done for the lack of Assistant and Under Secretaries. They claim it's because they're doing a restructuring, but there's no way they could cut the positions dealing with entire world regions, such as Europe. He's gotten off easy being portrayed as an adult in the room, but I find it hard to forgive him for this
