I'm writing an article to try to get on law review and guess what the topic is? Trump's travel ban order.

I kind of wish they would have assigned something a bit harder. :p

When they get a certain age, justices tend to tell their prospective clerks (or at least they used to) that "I have to warn you, I might die or retire in this term. You'll be taking that risk." I'm not sure that this talk is all that trollish.
