If you were in charge of Bolivia, what would you do differently to set it in the path of greatness? Why?

Eventually, they would have enough money to begin and make the products made of coca.

So, in the end, Bolivia would be made the largest cocaïne producer in the world, cocaïne would be very cheap at first and then very expensive (due to everyone wanting it/addicted to it) and Bolivia would be very very rich.

I doubt it's even relevant, since the idiom doesn't retain valid context. But either way, if you really want to encourage the growth of cannabis, why not increase the most ponderous petri dish for cannabis legalization support around in the post-modern setting?

I'm not sure how great an idea growing weed, or especially cocaine is, with any sort of government backing, or allowance.

The US doens't really like that, I don't know what they'd do abotu it, maybe bring it up at OAS, do sanctions, support a coup that sort of thing.
