Rant covered to prevent spoilers.

Gotta admit, when you see the Reapers flying toward the Galaxy at the end... you just find yourself thinking "WHY DIDN'T YOU DO THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE?! Why did you even need the fucking relay? :palm:

It'll take a long time to get here. Hell, the next game will probably start another 2 years ahead.

Nah, just not for me. Now if you were talking about Garrus, I would so be in favor. Garrus with both of my Shep's is my right hand man, been through hell and back with me. Illos, Sovereign, Saren, the dead Reaper, the Collector Base, and the endgame. He and my Sheps are a duo that no one in the Galaxy wants to see coming their way.

I assume they were either "asleep" or lazy. Or maybe the, you know who getting its ass stomped was a kill switch.

As to the final boss I just ducked behind a wall and every time it looked over the edge at me I went PIKA BOO MUTHA FUCKA! *MG and laser to eyes* lulz

As to jack, I don't like her at all, she has too many issues, and plus in the romance she more or less rapes you. So yeah.

True, but they'd have caught the entire galaxy completely by suprise.

They don't seem to move very fast, so we'd notice them coming. But with the relay, it's like Holy shit eldritch abominations in te citadel. Plus, as soon as the reapers start attacking, the council will notice, and they'll be ready to do something.

Granted, the current council are pussies who won't act, but the reapers don't know that.

You serious? You don't count the engame as an epic moment? Or Jack's loyalty mission? Or... Hell, Jack is a living Epic moment.

I'll be honest, I really dislike Jack as a character, she just doesn't vibe for me. And the endgame isn't epic when you have
the terminator
there just making a mockery out of the Reapers.

Really? I quite like her. She seems like the sort of character that should be dark and sympathetic, and there's a few moments where she is, but for the most part, she's a cold-hearted bitch. I love her the same way I love a villain.

..Speaking of villains, what did you guys think of the Collectors? I didn't find them that impressive. Combat wise, they were awesome, but in the story... They didn't make much of an impact.

And
the human reaper
was epic.

Hmm, when you realize that the collectors are actually

I'll give you that. When I saw Archangel take off his mask, I was like "HOLY SH**!" Really didn't expect him there. His loyalty quest was fun, to.

I'm not sure what's going to happen on that quest with my Paragon shep. I'm too worried that my paragonness will piss him off instead of loyalizing him.

yeah that was the thing at best in ME2 you can play a middle man with a split of points, Paragon in 2 will just get people turned on you, and the Illusive man to enact a plan to kill you I wager.

I love how I went through the whole game paragon with one playthrough, then went for the Renegade ending. My entire party still survived, and the Illusive man got what he wanted.

One thing I didn't understand though. Paragon shep doesn't trust Cerberus, fair enough. Renegade shep agrees with them, fair enough. But later on, when you find out
that the illusive man sent you to a collector ship, knowing it was a collector ship
the automatic paragon response is "Let's not assume anything" and the automatic renegade response is "That son of a bitch"

I thought about him that way too, until I did the rengade ending to his loyalty mission.

Still the least interesting character but at least now he was badass.
