I mean, I think the judge should decide what is legal or not. While I may understand "more local autonomy" for the town, I mean, my town has its own school district (being quite diverse racially, but this is NJ, a racially diverse state) and I don't see a problem with that per se.
However, school segregation is a high prevalent issue in America, that exists very much today in the North to the South's credit.

Still, the claim it's just for "more autonomy" kinda gets blown out of the water when you serious look at their district lines. Hell, I'll show you two towns, one is "ethnically diverse" while the other is Gardendale Township. You will clearly see one looks gerrymandered (that is, intentionally 'cut up' for political, or alterior motives to create a majority) whike the other is flat and wide.

Gardendale: (almost 90% white)

Old Bridge: (About 75% White, With Asians, African Americans, and Hispanics Taking Up Pretty Much the Rest of the Pie)

You see, even in the diagram of Old Bridge and Middlesex County (the larger figure on the left) there is Gerrymandering. This is to show Gerrymandering is obvious in play for certain towns, and beyond a shadow of a doubt Gardendale Township intentionally made sure that they get majority white areas through this funny looking township.

What are you talking about? You mean the shape of the town? I'd wager it has more to do with the town growing organically over time, i.e. not in uniform lines to form a nice-looking block on a map. That's how a lot of towns throughout the United States look.

That is utter Bullshit. Multiculturalism by definition means there are several different cultures that exist. A blended culture with a little bit of this and a little bit of that is not multiculturalism. European cultures, as almost all cultures, should be preserved not blended into something new.
