Except, you know, legalized voter suppression and election rigging prevents that. Signed, one of the constituents in his district who's been dissatisfied with him for years.

If right-wing political attacks make up the vast majority of political attacks without advocating for violence, I'd hate to see what the stats would be with them calling for violence.

Out of all of history's greatest acts of oppression, only one was not legal: the Trail of Tears. Everything else: slavery, Jim Crow, and yes, the Holocaust itself, were legal.
Does that mean they're not acts of tyranny and oppression? I'd think all reasonable people would answer no.

Agreed.
And so, how exactly did Rep. Steve Scalise of the House Committee on Energy and Commerce oppress James Hodgkinson, former home inspector in Belleville, Illinois?

Pointing out that right wing-motivated violence happens =/= "trying to make the world more right wing than it actually is".
Reading for comprehension = understanding.
To challenge Mav's "right wing political attacks are the vast majority of political attacks" one must anticipate the goalpost shifting to come based on Mav's bizarre gymnastics that Bernie Sanders is right-wing.
No one disputes right wing political attacks have occured, but "vast majority?" That's going to take padding the ledger "vastly."
On the other hand, attacks on US elected politicians specifically... leftists have the vast majority on that score, and it ain't close.

I'm not sure I see the goal post shifting here. Mainly because there are two distinct points in play: "right-wing motivated attacks make up the majority of terrorism in the US" and "from my perspective Sanders is a right-wing politician".

You even quoted me saying "anticipate the goal post shifting to come based on..."
I'm certain the future will have Mav turning even striking union members attacking temp workers that cross their picket lines into right-wing political attacks. I could be wrong, but we'll see.

But just saying that goal-post shifting has happened or will happen does not make it so.
Especially when they're using an independent source for the "right wing motivations are behind most terrorism in the US" point, not their own personal beliefs.

Mav is free to disprove what I anticipate will be the theme of his responses based upon past performance in this thread.
To the rest, make sure labor union violence and block-burning riots make the list of "political violence in the US" and see if "right-wing political violence" was ever or still is the "vast majority."

If you can prove it's actually political violence.

That doesn't answer my question.
A union calls a strike against an employer and then union workers physically assault people who cross their picket lines and / or the homes and families of the business owner. Right-wing or left-wing?
Some African-Americans displeased with the outcome of a police incident or court decision begin smashing shop windows and setting fires and blocking highways and attacking any white people they can find. Right-wing or left-wing?
A man shows up at a baseball practice to gun down Republican politicians. Right-wing or left-wing?
A man shows up at a church to kill black people and takes out a Democrat politician. Right-wing or left-wing?
A man anonymously mails bombs to various tech industry leaders and university faculties and demands his extreme environmentalist manifesto be published in major newspapers or more bombs will follow. Right-wing or left-wing?
A self-declared communist leads his church to the jungles of South America to set up a commune and kills a visiting US congressman....
You get the point.

OK, so now prove that left-wingers carry out the majority of political violence like you are claiming.
