What makes you think I am anglophone?

Anyways: The Helicopter rides of Pinochet are a meme, based on the Caravan of Death who was an Death Squad who moved by Helicopter across Chile. Whether or not Pinochet had people killed by dropping them from Helicopters is another question, but the Helicopter Rides are actually dating back to Roger Trinquier and The Battle of Algiers. Argentina and Uruguay had actual death flights however under their respective Military Dictatorships.
