Claudius I find I really like (almost on par with Augustus), and think he did a fine job after the nightmare of Caligula. Also, as somebody with some physical impairments myself, I find an affinity with him:)
Marcus Aurelius I find a bit overrated, but Aurelian was really good, and would've done better if he'd stayed longer, ending the Third Century Crisis was no small feat.
And I still wish Julian the Apostate had won. We were doing very well in the West until monotheism screwed everything up. We've still not gotten over that poison, and probably never will. But calling him 'the best' is a bit of a stretch/
