So I was just thinking, which US state if it all of a sudden just sunk in to the sea or something would take the longest for everyone else to notice to notice and by how much time.

In regards to your question about whether he was banned, I doubt it. I admit I don't know policy but I assume that - if a mod were to be banned from the website they'd also have been stripped of that respectful mod title. Yumyum still has mod title.

Considering you can't ban a mod (They've actually tested this), I'm pretty sure it's the former.
