That's not what he means - he means an accidental early detonation. The concert had only just ended and people were only just starting to leave. The blast actually sent a lot of people back inside the main hall.

Depends on whatever culture the poster is from. Some cultures and nations are less accepting immigrants, and do not believe they truly belong even after several generations.
