If they are actually talking about IS, then no, they will not say "well we have it worse here", on the basis of as Sous put it, "literal rape slave army".
Yeah, there might be a tokenistic reference to "not forgetting problems in our own society" when feminists criticise radical Islam, but that's all it really is.
It's a "tickbox" sentence to signal that when expressing disgust at atrocities in other parts of the world they're not being "culturally imperialist".
Questers is taking a silly isolated sentence or two (while hypersensitivity about cultural imperialism is silly) and taking that away as the central message rather than the other 99% of the text which expresses a principled and justified revulsion. That's not a reasonable interpretation.
I'm not a feminist, but this isn't really a legitimate avenue to attack them.
