When we literally have the name and criminal record of the person who did do it, and it's nothing to do with them? Yes, yes it fucking is.

Yes I've been drunk. And I couldn't do shit. Also I've seen quite a lot of drunken idiots. Not one of them could have done that on purpose. Now I'm talking about being smashed out drunk, because that's what he looked like to me.

You cant really blame someone for thinking a Muslim was behind the wheel.

his name is nowhere mentioned and unless i am able to verify it myself i wouldn't put it past possiblity.
provided sources are of doubtful reputation. honestly i dont think that any unbiased sources of news still remain.
first source says that "New York Police Department officials said the incident did not appear to be linked to terrorism ". DID NOT APPEAR is the keyword. this doesnt mean that it wasnt a possibility. we will not know until further investigation

NYPD said the suspect, Richard Rojas, is a Bronx resident who was arrested in 2008 and 2015 for drunk driving.

Also, exactly my point. A name hardly proves anything. Just like a car crashing into pedestrians hardly proves Islamic terrorism. Glad you got to that conclusion on your own.

for no reason? i am being constantly attacked for this whole discussion.
and my point is that we now his data so we actually can find if he had any affilation with terrorist organisations since it is still a possibility. until we find anything or nothing this possibility still exists
also i just heard rumor about another accident of this sort in staten island. RUMOR
